David Sedaris Benefit Reading 2016

Poster for California College of the Arts

This poster was designed as part of a suite of materials to promote a reading by author David Sedaris to benefit scholarships at the California College of the Arts. The imagery was inspired by Sedaris’ essay collection, Let’s Explore Diabetes with Owls. After some initial studies, we looked long and hard for an owl that reminded us of Sedaris to act as a mascot for the reading.
